Each night the culinary staff offers the members a special themed entrée, from custom pastas to hand rolled sushi. Taking full advantage of the best ingredients, fresh fish from around the world is flown in weekly, and prime cuts of selected meat are offered daily. These dishes evolve seasonally, naturally creating bold flavor combinations complimented by an original list of rare wines.
